Foods to Improve Your Eye Health

Legumes - Beans are a major source of zinc which protects the retina and lowers the risk for developing age-related eye diseases.

Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Black Currant Seed Oil - These supplements include rich omega-3 fatty acids that can manage dry eyes as well as reduce the risk of developing cataracts or macular degeneration.

Sunflower Seeds - Sunflowers seeds are an outstanding source of zinc and vitamin E.
